On July 20, 2022, Zaur Gvadzhava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, took part in a meeting headed by Nicolás Maduro Moros, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on the occasion of the "Coming into force of the Law on Special Economic Zones"

On June 9, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua, Inar Ladaria, met with the General Coordinator of the Creative Economy Commission of the Republic of Nicaragua, Camila Ortega Murillo.

On April 19, 2022 Inar Ladaria, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua met with Denis Moncada Colindres, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Nicaragua.

On February 28, 2022 a meeting was held between Inar Ladaria, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua and Arlet Marenko, the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Nicaragua.

Zaur Gvajava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, took part in the commemoration of the leader of the national liberation revolution Augusto Sandino Calderon. The ceremony took place at Augusto Sandino Square in the city of Caracas.
