On November 30, 2022, Zaur Gvadzhava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, at the invitation of the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Barbados Akinas J. Clark, took part in the event dedicated to the 56th anniversary of the independence of Barbados.

The event took place at the National Monumental Pantheon in the city of Caracas. The official ceremony was led by Akinas J. Clark and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Latin American Affairs Rander Peña.

During the event, Zaur Gvadzhava had a conversation with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Andrey Molchan.
A. Molchan thanked Z. Gvadzhava for the note of condolence sent to him on the sudden death of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Vladimir Makey.
