September 9, 2021 marks13 years since the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation.

This day was a step that brought the interstate cooperation to a qualitatively new level. The Abkhaz-Russian interaction is an example of mutually beneficial cooperation and is characterized by the regular contacts at different levels, equal and constructive dialogue and mutual trust. This high level of interaction makes it possible to effectively address the topical issues on the bilateral agenda.

The Republic of Abkhazia intends to further strengthen cooperation and promote its development in all areas of mutual interest.

We are convinced that the Abkhaz-Russian cooperation, which has great potential, will continue to develop actively for the benefit of the peoples of our countries.
