Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Vitaly Ignatiev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR on his birthday.

The congratulation, in particular, says:

"Your outstanding personal qualities and authority of a well-balanced politician make a huge contribution to the development and implementation of the foreign policy course of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The Republic of Abkhazia has traditionally attached great importance to strengthening fraternal ties with Pridnestrovie. In many ways, thanks to your personal participation we have reached a high level of partnership as evidenced by the recent visit of the delegation of the Abkhaz Foreign Ministry to Pridnestrovie.

I am convinced that regular contacts between our states will contribute to the successful expansion of cooperation in the political, cultural and humanitarian fields, and will give additional impetus to the development of bilateral relations. I remember with warmth our previous meetings and look forward to continuing the friendly dialogue on key issues of the Abkhaz-            Pridnestrovian interaction."
