Daur Kove, the Foreign Minister of Abkhazia has sent a congratulatory note to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Transdniestrian Moldovan Republic on his birthday. 

It is noted: 

"Your high professional qualities, purposefulness play an important role in defending of the foreign policy positions of the Transdniestrian Moldovan Republic.
The Republic of Abkhazia traditionally attaches great importance to the strengthening of brotherly relations with Transnistria. I would especially like to mention your personal contribution to the development of the dialogue between our friendly states.
