The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent a congratulatory note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh on the occasion of the Day of Referendum on State Independence and Constitution Day.

It is said:

“The holding of the referendum on state independence and the adoption of the Constitution became the most important events in the history of the Artsakh Republic and allowed to make the right choice on the way to the establishment of a legal democratic society, the highest value of which was proclaimed man, his rights and freedoms. The historic choice of the people of Artsakh demonstrated an unshakable desire for peace, democracy, construction of a modern, dynamically developing state and became the personification of the progressive development of statehood and adherence to the norms of international law.

The existing relationship with the Artsakh Republic is highly appreciated in the Republic of Abkhazia. We are convinced that the cooperation between the two states will continue to develop in all areas of mutual interest.”
