The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent a congratulatory note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia on the occasion of the celebration of the Constitution Day.

It is said:

The Republic of South Ossetia is a sovereign independent state and builds the interaction with other states on the basis of striving for universal and just peace Relations between our countries have always had a special meaning for two peoples. The perennial bonds of fraternity with the South Ossetian people are valued in the Republic of Abkhazia.”
