It is noted:

The Russian Party intends to use the facility, land plots and a section of the sea water area referred to in Article 4 of the Agreement exclusively for holding state events with the participation of persons subject to state protection in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as for their recreation.

According to Article 6 of the Agreement, the operation of the facility cannot be carried out to the detriment of the sovereignty, security, political, military, scientific, technical, economic and environmental interests of the Republic of Abkhazia.

The received note will be brought to the attention of the deputies of the People's Assembly - the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia, the leaders of parties and public organizations, and the leadership of the Council of Elders of the Republic of Abkhazia.
