The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov sent a congratulatory telegram to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Inal Ardzinba on the occasion of his birthday.

The congratulation, in particular, reads:

 “Dear Inal Batuvich, please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of your birthday! I wish you good health, good luck, inexhaustible energy, fulfilment of your plans and desires, as well as success in your professional activities.”

Inal Ardzinba was born on July 26, 1990 in the city of Sukhum.
