Inal Ardzinba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Harry Kupalba, the Head of the Official Representation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the Republic of Abkhazia on the 16th anniversary of the founding of the Official Representation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the Republic of Abkhazia.
