Valery Bganba, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia and Vasily Golubev, the Governor of the Rostov Region signed the plan for cooperation between the Cabinet of Ministers (Government) of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Government of the Rostov Region for 2018-2021.

The parties will develop relations in the sphere of foreign economic activity, agriculture, science and education, cultural exchanges and tourism as well as increasing trade according to the signed document.

The plan for cooperation between the Cabinet of Ministers (Government) of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Government of the Rostov Region for 2018-2021 is the first basic document regulating the relationship between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Government of the Rostov Region which will strengthen bilateral relations between Abkhazia and Russia.
