The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent a congratulatory note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh on the occasion of the Artsakh Revival Day.

It is said:

“The historical session of the Council of People’s Deputies of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region which was held on February 20, 1988 predetermined the future of the people of the Artsakh Republic. The people chose their path of building a sovereign state despite all the difficulties. This historic day is a symbol of the triumph of justice, national unity and fortitude. 

Artsakh is developing steadily and acts as a reliable partner in the interstate relations today.”
