Mikhail Shurgalin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Inal Ardzinba, Minister of Foreign Affairs on his birthday.

The Ambassador noted that under the leadership of Inal Ardzinba "qualitative changes in the work of the foreign ministry are noticeable. A personnel reserve is being trained in Russian universities, which will continue to defend the interests of the Republic in the international arena in the difficult conditions of today's reality.
