On September 20, in the city of Tskhinval, a meeting of the delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia headed by Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs with Anatoly Bibilov, the President of the Republic of South Ossetia took place.

The delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia included Beslan Tsvizhba, the First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Abkhazia, Colonel General and Alan Elbakiev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of South Ossetia.

During the meeting, Daur Kove, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia conveyed words of greetings and congratulations on behalf of Aslan Bzhania, the President of the Republic of Abkhazia on the occasion of the 31-st anniversary of the founding of the Republic of South Ossetia, and also congratulated Anatoly Bibilov, the people of the Republic of South Ossetia and wished peace and prosperity.

A delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia is on an official visit to the Republic of South Ossetia to take part in festive events dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the foundation of the Republic of South Ossetia.
