V. Malaniya, the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Diplomats to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia and M. Zukhba, the consultant of the Council of Young Diplomats to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia took part in the annual St. Petersburg International Youth Forum at the invitation of R.Yu. Abdulina, the Chairman of the Committee on Youth Policy and Interaction with NGOs of St. Petersburg from November 29 to December 2018. More than 1000 delegates from Russia and on 60 representatives of foreign countries took part in the Forum.
The Forum is a unique platform that unites the efforts of leaders of youth communities, experts, entrepreneurs and representatives of state authorities in developing solutions to the existing problems of the young generation and promotes the development of modern technologies for working with young people.
The participants will be involved in creative communication and positive networking “without ties” with well-known public figures, opinion leaders, representatives of the corporate sector, business and government, scientists, professionals and recognized experts at the forum. The forum is held under the slogan "Territory of Development». The forum is divided into several discussion platforms: education, career, international relations, sports, media. The main focus of the forum in 2018 was the choice of the trajectory of the professional and personal development of a young person as well as the new formats of education developing in the context of the new industrial revolution, lack of resources and time, geopolitical instability, financial volatility, social and economic changes.
