The official delegation from the Republic of Abkhazia led by Daur Kove, the Foreign Minister together with Anatoly Bibilov, South Ossetian President accompanied by Masis Mayilyan, the Foreign Minister of the Artsakh Republic laid a wreath at the memorial complex in Stepanakert and flowers at the graves of Artsakh defenders.

The memorial complex includes a chapel dedicated to the victims of the genocide of the Armenian people and the victims of the earthquake.

The meeting was held with Masis Mayilyan, the Artsakh Republic Minister of Foreign Affairs in the afternoon. The heads of the foreign affairs agencies discussed the possibilities of bilateral cooperation.

The visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs to Artsakh is a two-day one.

It also plans to visit the industrial enterprises of the Republic of Artsakh, cultural and historical sites. In addition, the delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia will take part in the opening ceremony of the European Football Championship ConIFA - 2019 and will meet on the eve of the first match with the Abkhaz national team.
