The Administration of the President of the Russian Federation hosted a meeting between Inal Ardzinba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, and Dmitry Peskov, Press Secretary of the Russian President and Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration.

Inal Ardzinba and Dmitry Peskov discussed current aspects of international information policy and current trends in the media space.

During the meeting the sides agreed on the issue of technological support from the Russian Federation for modernization of information sites and systems of the Republic of Abkhazia, possibility of familiarization training for specialists from Abkhazia in the Press Service of the President of Russia and consultations on optimization of the image of the Republic of Abkhazia in the international arena.

The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
