August 12, 2025. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Zaur Gvadzhava, at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, took part in a gala event dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Venezuela and Iran. The event was headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela Yvan Gil Pinto.

A memorial site with a thematic banner dedicated to the beginning of the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia 1992-1993 was opened in Tiraspol near the building of the Official Representative Office of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

On August 12, 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Zaur Gvadzhava, at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, took part in a meeting chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Yvan Gil Pinto, during which a new attempt by the government of the United States of America to destabilize the situation in Venezuela was discussed.

At the invitation of the Embassy of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in the Republic of Nicaragua, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to Nicaragua Inar Ladariia and Minister-Counselor Alyas Aiba took part in the ceremony dedicated to the bicentennial of independence of Bolivia.

On August 2–3, the International Festival of Art, Culture and Gastronomy was held in Managua, Republic of Nicaragua.

Alexander Vataman, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic took part in the ceremonial events dedicated to the 33-rd anniversary of the introduction of the Russian Federation Peacekeeping Forces into Pridnestrovie.

On July 21, as part of the official visit of the delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia to Nicaragua, a meeting was held between Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia and Laureano Ortega Murillo, the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Nicaragua for the Promotion of Investment, Trade and International Cooperation.

On July 18, 2025, Zaur Gvadzhava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela at the invitation of Valeska Fiorella Lopez, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Nicaragua in Venezuela took part in a ceremony dedicated to the 46-th anniversary of the Victory of the Sandinista People's Revolution.

On July 18, 2025 Zaur Gvadzhava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, at the invitation of Milton Rengifo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Colombia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela participated in a ceremonial event dedicated to the 215-th anniversary of Colombia's Independence Day.

On July 19, 2025, on the margins of the celebration of the 46th anniversary of the Victory of the Sandinista People’s Revolution, a friendly conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Bartsits and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Yván Gil Pinto.
