On December 4, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Bartsits received the President of the Federation of Abkhazian Cultural Centers in Turkey, Yavuz Atryshba, head of the delegation of compatriots.

On November 18, Oleg Bartsits, Abkhazia's Foreign Minister received Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry for Crimes of the Kyiv Regime.

On November 14, 2025, Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia presented the Medal of Merit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia to Vito Grittani, the Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Italian Republic, for promoting and strengthening of the positive image of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Italian Republic and for his contribution to the development of international cooperation and diplomatic activity.

On November 14, Oleg Bartsits, Foreign Minister met with Vito Grittani, Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia. The meeting was attended by Kan Tania, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Russian Federation, and Camelia Darina-Pop, Vito Grittani's wife.

On October 21, 2025, Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia received Alisa Gitsba, People's Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, and director of the International Music Competition-Laboratory "Music – Dialogue Without Borders and Distance," and Katerin Velasquez, leading soloist of the Nicaraguan Incanto Foundation (Nicaraguan Vocal Institute) and participant in the 4-th Alisa Gitsba International Music Competition-Laboratory.

On October 20, a working meeting was held between Oleg Bartsits, Foreign Minister and Isaac Koumessina, Ambassador-at-Large of the Abkhazian Foreign Ministry at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia. Irakli Tuzhba, Acting Deputy Foreign Minister participated in the meeting.

On October 3, 2025, a meeting was held between Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, and Sergei Markedonov, political scientist, leading researcher at the Institute of International Studies at MGIMO University, and editor-in-chief of the journal "International Analytics" at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia.

Opening remarks by Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, at a meeting with Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation:

On October 1, during a meeting between Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, and Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, a plan of consultations was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for 2026-2027.

A meeting between Oleg Bartsits, the Chairperson of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Abkhazia, Diana Piliia and Anait Smbatyan, Professor of the International Law Department at the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia. Abkhazian Foreign Ministry staff also participated in the meeting.
