Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Alexei Dvinyanin, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Abkhazia on the occasion of his birthday.

The Minister presented the Ambassador with commemorative gifts and also thanked Alexey Dvinyanin for his contribution to the development of the Abkhaz-Russian friendly relations.
