Life and career
Date and place of birth: March 15, 1979, Sukhum, the Abkhaz ASSR.
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia was granted the diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of I class.
Was awarded the badge "For contribution to the development of international relations" by the Foreign Ministry of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR).
By the decree of the President of the PMR was awarded the "20 years of the PMR" medal.
By the decree of the President of the PMR was awarded the "For Labour Valour" medal.
Married and has two children.
Education
In 2000 graduated from the Bashkir State University in the specialty of "Jurisprudence", specialization - "Legal provision of foreign economic activity."
Professional biography
1995-2000 - Assistant, Counselor at the Representative Office of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Bashkortostan.
2000-2009 - Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
2005-2006 - Head of the International Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.
2006-2010 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.
2010-2011 - Head of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia.
2011 - Teacher of "International law" in the Sukhum Open Institute.
From June to November 2012 - Head of the Legal Department of the Office for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Abkhazia.
2012-2014 - Deputy Director of the Abkhazian branch of the Russian non-profit foundation "Institute of Eurasian Studies."
