Biography

Born October 13, 1978 in Sukhum, the Abkhazian ASSR

In 1997 enrolled at the Abkhaz State University at the History and Law Faculty, which he graduated in 2002.

2002-2004 – held urgent military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Abkhazia.

In 2004, started his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia. Held various senior positions in the structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia (Head of the Information and Analytical Department, Head of the Department of Russia and CIS countries, Head of the Political Department, Assistant Minister).

Has been a permanent participant in the Geneva International  Discussions on Security and Stability in the Transcaucasus since 2015

The Head of the Delegation of The Republic of Abkhazia in the Geneva International Discussions on Security and Stability in Transcaucasia since december 2020.

Has the diplomatic rank of the Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the II class (Presidential Decree.№70 от 16.05.2013)

Has the diplomatic rank of the Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the I class (Presidential Decree.№56 от 05.03.2020)

Married, with son and daughter.
