On June 8, 2023, in Caracas, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Zaur Gvadzhava, at the invitation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Venezuela Sergey Melik-Bagdasarov, took part in a solemn event dedicated to the Day of Russia.

On April 26, 2023, Zaur Gvadzhava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, met with Patricia Villegas, President of TELESUR.

On March 29, at the invitation of the Embassy of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Inar Ladaria, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua, took part in an event dedicated to the 144th anniversary of Sea Day.

On March 17, a working meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua, Inar Ladaria, and the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Nicaragua, Luis Morales Alonso.

On March 9, 2023, at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Zaur Gvadzhava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, took part in the opening of the photo exhibition "Venezuela is not a threat, Venezuela is a hope."

Abassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua Inar Ladaria, at the invitation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Dominican Republic to the Republic of Nicaragua Roberto Marcaye Abmreu, attended a reception dedicated to the 179th anniversary of the independence of the Dominican Republic.
