As agreed during recent talks of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia D.V. Kove with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, on November 30 2016, bilateral ministerial consultations were held in Moscow.
