The delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia, led by Foreign Minister Oleg Bartsits, includes Deputy Foreign Minister Odissei Bigvava, Foreign Ministry officials Lasha Avidzba, Artur Gaguliia, Sariya Dzhopua, and Kan Taniya, an official from the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Russian Federation.

Representatives of the Republic of Abkhazia, the Republic of South Ossetia, the Republic of Georgia, the Russian Federation, and the United States are participating in the International Discussions on Security and Stability in Transcaucasia, co-chaired by the UN, OSCE, and the EU.
