Daur Kove, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia met with Ardzun Shresth, the head of the UNHCR office in Abkhazia and Blerim Muhaksheri, the head of the Danish Refugee Council in Abkhazia.

Civil organizations of Abkhazia made a statement in connection with the resolution of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly on July 6, 2019:

The resolution concerning, inter alia, “the situation of security and human rights in Abkhazia” was adopted during the annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Luxembourg.

The 48-th round of the International Geneva Discussions on Security and Stability in the Caucasus took place in Geneva on July 2–3, 2019. The round was attended by the representatives of the Republic of Abkhazia, the Republic of South Ossetia, Georgia, the Russian Federation and the United States co-chaired by the UN, OSCE and the EU.

Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Vitaly Ignatyev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR on the occasion of the establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia drew the attention to the incident that occurred in the Georgian parliament during a meeting of the 26-th session of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Orthodoxy. The session was attended by the delegations of the legislative bodies of 25 member countries of the Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy(I.A.O.).

The third meeting of the interdepartmental Russian-Abkhaz working commission on the resumption of sea passenger traffic between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia was held in Yalta on June 4,2019.
