The topic of the thesis of Ramesh Ganohariti is: "Politics and the law of dual citizenship in partially recognized states".

On April 19, 2017, the Committee of the Deputy Ministers of the Council of Europe considered the 15th consolidated report on the "conflict in Georgia" prepared by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorbjørn Jagland, in which serious human rights violations are noted in Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

It was said about the "illegality" of the Russian Foreign Ministry's visit to Abkhazia and, of course, about the "territorial integrity of Georgia".
