Foreign Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Bartsits congratulated opera singer, People's Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia, and People's Artist of the Russian Federation Khibla Gerzmava on her birthday.

The congratulatory message reads, in part:

Your work exemplifies high professionalism and sincere dedication to art.

I would like to express special gratitude for your significant contribution to the development of cultural dialogue. The 'Khibla Gerzmava Invites...' festival, having become a true cultural event, plays a vital role in promoting the Republic of Abkhazia and its culture abroad."
