Irakli Tuzhba, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia met with the representatives of the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) non-governmental humanitarian organization in the South Caucasus at the Foreign Ministry of Abkhazia on February 26,2018. The organization was represented by Vincent Donto, the DRC Director in the South Caucasus and the DRC program manager in Abkhazia, Blerim Muhaxheri. The meeting was also attended by Victoria Malaniya, the officer of the Department for Cooperation with International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia.
