The 72nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War Today is celebrated today. On April 19, 2017, the Committee of the Deputy Ministers of the Council of Europe considered the 15th consolidated report on the "conflict in Georgia" prepared by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorbjørn Jagland, in which serious human rights violations are noted in Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
