The meeting between Bagrat Khutaba, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Syrian Arab Republic with Dr. Sami Salami, the Director of the Department and Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic took place at the Syrian Foreign Ministry on July 14, 2020.

The issues of strengthening and further development of the bilateral Abkhaz-Syrian relations were discussed within the framework of the conversation.

The parties once again confirmed their mutual desire to build the full-fledged bilateral interstate relations based on the results of the meeting.
The meeting took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
