On March 26, 2026, the Eurasian Society held a discussion evening in Berlin on "2026 – War or Peace?", dedicated to current international and security issues.

Khibla Amichba, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Federal Republic of Germany, took part in the event.

Society Chairman Alexander Rahr, Christoph Pohliner, Dr. Alexander Neu, and Dr. Christian Wipperfürth spoke at the evening, discussing the positions of China, Russia, and other BRICS countries on current conflict zones.

The event raised the results of the World Economic Forum in Davos and the Munich Security Conference, as well as the situation in the Baltic region and the German government's foreign policy.
