The meeting of the representatives of the authorities of the Rostov region with the heads of the diplomatic missions accredited in the Rostov region was held in Rostov-on-Don. Adik Arshba, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Abkhazia in Rostov-on-Don took part in the meeting at the invitation of the authorities of the region. The meeting took place at the platform of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the region.

The meeting was dedicated to the strengthening of the economic and humanitarian ties as well as the expanding of the partnerships.

Yury Molodchenko, the Deputy Governor stressed that international cooperation is one of the main directions of the economic, humanitarian and cultural development of the Rostov region greeting the audience on the behalf of the head of the region. "Rostov is a promising region. It is always ready for dialogue with the representatives of foreign business," he added.

The particular attention was paid to the plans for the development of trade, economic and cultural ties between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Rostov Region for 2018.
