At the invitation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Nicaragua, Inar Ladaria, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua took part in the ceremonial oath of Abiles Castillo, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Nicaragua Cesar for another 6-year term.

At the ceremonial oath, which took place in the square named after John Paul Il, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Nicaragua Cesar Abiles Castillo gave a speech in which he spoke about the fight against organized crime and terrorist threats.

After the official inauguration ceremony, Cesar Abiles Castillo, together with the President of the Republic of Nicaragua Daniel Ortega, reviewed the troops.

The ceremony was also attended by high-ranking representatives of the defense ministries of Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and Algeria.
