The evening began with the playing of the National Anthem of the Republic of Abkhazia. Those present observed a minute of silence to honor the memory of those who fell during the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia (1992–1993).

Khibla Amichba, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Federal Republic of Germany addressed the event participants with welcoming remarks.

In her speech, she emphasized the significance of the Day of Victory and Independence for the people of Abkhazia, as well as the importance of preserving historical memory, national culture, and traditions and passing them on to the younger generation.
Special attention was paid to the activities of the diaspora and its role in maintaining of ties with the historical homeland. Khibla Amichba expressed her gratitude to the head of the cultural center, Yusuf Mukba, and his wife, Nural Mukba, for organizing of the event and for their contribution to preserving of national traditions.

A film dedicated to the events of the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia (1992–1993) was screened during the evening. Poems written by members of the diaspora were also recited.

The cultural program continued with performances by representatives of different generations. The anthem "Blessing" was performed by the Berzenia sisters' duet. Young people and members of the older generation performed national music and traditional dances.

The evening took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, bringing together representatives of different generations of the Abkhaz-Circassian diaspora.
