Today, November 11, the 65th round of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Caucasus begins in Geneva.

A delegation from the Republic of Abkhazia arrived in Geneva to participate in the 65-th round of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Caucasus.

On October 17, 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia hosted a working meeting between the Deputy Foreign Minister Odissei Bigvava and the Co-Chairs of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in Transcaucasia. The event was attended by EU Co-Chair Magdalena Grono, OSCE Co-Chair Christoph Ernst Späti and Officer-in-Charge for the UN Representative to the Discussions Hailu Mamo. The Abkhazian side was also represented by the staff of the Abkhazian Foreign Ministry and participants of the Discussions Artur Gaguliia and Lasha Avidzba.

On September 9, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Bartsits and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Odissei Bigvava took part in the coordination meeting at the Russian Foreign Ministry on the upcoming 65th round of International Discussions on Security and Stability in Transcaucasia.

On June 26, 2019, the second day of the 64th round of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Transcaucasia (IDT) was held at the Palais de Nations.

On June 25, 2025, in Geneva, as part of the first working day of the 64th round of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Transcaucasia (IDT), an information session was held on the freedom of movement with the involvement of international experts at the initiative of the Abkhazian side.

On 4 June 2025, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia between the Acting Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Odissei Bigvava and the Co-Chairs of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Transcaucasia - UN Co-Chair Cihan Sultanoğlu, EU Co-Chair Magdalena Grono and OSCE Co-Chair Christoph Ernst Späti.

On 4 June, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Bartsits received the Co-Chairs of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Transcaucasia: UN Co-Chair Cihan Sultanoğlu, EU Co-Chair Magdalena Grono, OSCE Co-Chair Christoph Ernst Späti.

On March 4-5, the 63rd round of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the South Caucasus was held at the UN Palais de Nations in Geneva. Delegations from the Republic of Abkhazia, the Republic of South Ossetia, the Russian Federation, Georgia, the United States, as well as international organizations - the UN, EU and OSCE - took part in the talks.
