From June 30 to July 1, 2026, a delegation from the Republic of Abkhazia will participate in the 67th round of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in Transcaucasia (IDT).

Representatives from the Republic of Abkhazia, the Republic of South Ossetia, the Republic of Georgia, as well as the Russian Federation and the United States, co-chaired by the UN, OSCE, and the EU will take part in the IDT.

The Republic of Abkhazia recognizes the importance of preserving this format as the only international negotiating mechanism that allows for substantive dialogue on strengthening security and developing international guarantees on nonuse of military force by Georgia against the Republic of Abkhazia.
