Akhsar Dzhioev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia congratulated Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, on the 32-nd anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.

It is noted in particular:

Today, despite the most difficult international situation, the employees of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Abkhazia serve with honor and dignity to defend the interests of the country in the name of peace, good neighborliness and creation, and strengthening of its independence.

I am firmly convinced that the fruitful cooperation between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Republic of Abkhazia will continue to develop dynamically on the basis of trust and mutual understanding in the interests of our fraternal peoples, for the sake of peace, harmony and security in the Caucasus."
