Ivan Khil, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela congratulated Oleg Bartsits on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.

It is noted, in particular:

I am convinced that during your work as Minister of Foreign Affairs, the ties between Venezuela and Abkhazia will be strengthened through dialogue and further promotion of the bilateral agenda."
