 In particular, it is noted: 

"By showing unwavering unity, the people of the Lugansk People's Republic have made a historic choice to live in a free country. Today the Lugansk People's Republic is confidently following the chosen path. 

We are confident that the Abkhaz-Lugansk interstate relations will actively develop for the benefit of the peoples of our countries".
