The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent a congratulatory note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia on the occasion of Constitution Day of the Republic of South Ossetia.

It is stated:

"The adoption of the Constitution was a crucial stage in the development of the statehood of the Republic of South Ossetia, enshrining the foundations of the political system, the principles of the rule of law, and guarantees of citizens' rights and freedoms. The consistent implementation of the provisions of the constitution serves as a solid foundation for strengthening of governing institutions, ensuring stability, and the progressive development of the state.

The Republic of Abkhazia highly values the established fraternal allied relations and mutual support with the Republic of South Ossetia and expresses confidence in their further strengthening for the benefit of the peoples of our countries."
