Foreign Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia, Oleg Bartsits, sent a message of congratulations to Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Félix Ramon Plasencia González, on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Relations and Foreign Trade of Venezuela.

The message reads, in part:

"I am convinced that your significant experience in public service and high professionalism will guarantee effective work to further strengthen the position of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on the international stage. I highly appreciate the allied relations that have developed between our countries.

I am confident that through our joint efforts, we will continue to develop full-fledged bilateral cooperation and strategic collaboration, infusing it with new content. This will undoubtedly contribute to the well-being of our friendly peoples."
