Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Akhsar Dzhioev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia and the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 80-th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

It is noted in particular:
