The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Oleg Bartsits, sent a congratulatory note to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Ossetia to the Republic of Abkhazia, Oleg Botsiev, on the occasion of the Day of the Diplomatic Worker of South Ossetia.

It is noted, in particular:

“A high level of professionalism and skill are the features that clearly characterize South Ossetian diplomacy. And today, employees of the diplomatic service play a key role in enhancing of the authority and promoting of the state interests of the Republic of South Ossetia in the international arena.”

Oleg Bartsits wished the staff of the Embassy of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Republic of Abkhazia success in the diplomatic field.
