Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated Semyon Grigoriev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tajikistan on his anniversary.

We especially appreciate your personal contribution to the development of Abkhaz-Russian relations. It was during your work that solid foundations were laid for our cooperation in all areas and two fundamental interstate treaties were signed. In Abkhazia, they remember and respect your principled position in supporting of the independence of our republic and the right of the Abkhaz people to self-determination.
