Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia congratulated veterans andmembers of the political party «Amtsakhara» on the 25-th anniversary of its establishment.

It is noted:

"The history of «Amtsakhara's» formation and development is the history of our state's
development. Having defended the freedom and independence of our homeland, veterans now
stand guard over the national interests of the Republic of Abkhazia. Outstanding figures of our
country stood at the origins of «Amtsakhara». At all times, «Amtsakhara» members remain true to
their fundamental principles—the unity of veterans and the preservation of stability in the state.

On this significant day, dear veterans and members of the political party «Amtsakhara», I wish you
continued success in your work for the benefit of our people."
