By the decree of Aslan Bzhania, the President of the Republic of Abkhazia dated December 17, 2021, Inar Ladaria was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua.
"In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 53 of the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia, appoint Ladarii Inar Igorevich as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Nicaragua," it is said in the Decree of the Head of State.
The Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia was established on November 2, 2021 in the Republic of Nicaragua by the Decree of Aslan Bzhania, the President of the Republic of Abkhazia.
On September 3, 2008, Nicaragua recognized the independence of the Republic of Abkhazia, and a year later diplomatic relations were established between the countries.
Ladaria Inar Igorevich
Was born on November 10, 1989 in the city of Gudauta.
2007- Finished from the Sukhumi secondary school №1 for a silver medal.
2012- Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University.
2014- Completed his postgraduate studies at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA) .
2018- Attended advanced training courses at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry under the program: "Business English".
From 2014 to the present, he is an employee of the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia, worked as an Assistant in the Information Department, and from 2015- a senior assistant in the Department of Latin America, Asia and the APR.
He is the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Diplomats under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia.
2017- Headed the delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia at the World Festival of Youth and Students (WFYS) in Sochi.
Awarded with a Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia.
Awarded with a commemorative medal and a Honorary Diploma of the President of the Russian Federation for his contribution to the preparation and holding of the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students 2017 in Sochi.
