Anatoly Bibilov, the President awarded the Order of Friendship to Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia for contribution to the development of friendly relations between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Republic of South Ossetia during the solemn session dedicated to the 31-st anniversary of the Republic of South Ossetia.

The Order of Friendship was also awarded to Muhammad Akram Al-Ajlani, the Vice-Speaker of the People's Assembly of Syria.
