On July 5, 2025, an event was held in Berlin to celebrate the national Tatar holiday, Sabantuy, which brought together representatives of various cultures and peoples. The event was attended by Khibla Amichba, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Federal Republic of Germany.
On behalf of the Republic of Abkhazia, Khibla Amichba greeted the participants and guests of the holiday, conveying sincere congratulations to the organizers and expressing gratitude for the high level of the event.
As part of the holiday, as a sign of friendship and cultural exchange, Khibla Amichba presented the leaders of the Tatar community in Germany with a book by the outstanding Abkhaz writer Fazil Iskander, Sandro from Chegem, in German.
The audience's attention was particularly drawn to two musical pieces by Khibla Amichba: the premiere of "Caucasian Tango", performed together with the world-famous accordionist Aidar Gainullin, and "Eastern Melody of Love", performed in a duet with saxophonist Musa Malik.
The festival became a vivid example of dialogue, international cooperation and strengthening of humanitarian ties between the diasporas of different countries living in Germany.
