The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia informs that entry into the territory of the republic through checkpoints is carried out without any restrictions in connection with the Order of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia dated of August 1, 2020 on recognizing as invalid the Order of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia dated of June 30, 2020. As for the entrance through the «Psou» checkpoint, both citizens of Abkhazia and Russia can cross it.

For third-country nationals intending to travel outside the Russian Federation through the «Psou» checkpoint, the same restrictions apply.
